How Mobilise for Growth accelerated a robotics afterschool club provider into a scalable, high performance operation

 In August 2024, Mobilise for Growth partnered with a robotics afterschool club provider to deliver a focused 17-week transformation ahead of the 2025–26 academic year. The objective was to strengthen the organisation’s operational foundations, expand its programme offering, and engineer a commercial model capable of delivering substantial and sustainable growth.
